"Stocks have reached what looks like a permanently high plateau."~ Irving Fisher, Professor of Economics, Yale University, 1929.
They say Cab Franc is all about violet, but who the heck can remember what a violet smells like? Nice ripe red fruit notes fill up the mouth, rounded out by a savoury hint of cedar from barrel aging. Naysayers get none... it’s way too good.
